Time To Breathe

After almost two weeks of having no household help plus the fact that both daughter and I have been sick, our helper is back home. It's funny because yesterday, I had this crazy idea of having a "day-off" hahaha. I hit the mall and watched two movies one after the other. I got to drink my favorite Big Chill Supercharger drink, plus the Super Beef Jamaican Patty.

I wanted the burritos there but unfortunately they were still closed that time.

Iron Man 2

I love Robert Downey Jr. Ok, now that that's out, on to the movie. I enjoyed the film, just as much as I did on the first movie. The effects, the storyline, and Robert Downey Jr. of course. Great to see Gwyneth Paltrow back amid rumors before that she'd be replaced. I miss the old Rhodes but the new one is good too. Mickey Rourke is one scary-looking character there! The introduction of the Avenger's is good one and I think there will be a new movie on it. I surely hope there'e be another Iron Man movie!

By the way... I really want Scarlett's hair color. Must go to the salon!

Robin Hood: The Untold Story

I love Russell Crowe. I like his portrayal of Robin Hood - brooding and all. I got to read some reviews and some were not impressed by it, but for me, I think it's unfair that we keep on comparing the movie with previous Robin Hood films and even the "historical" version. It is a movie and it tells something else. We all know the story, but we kinda don't have an idea how he became an outlaw. It is very different, if I must compare, but how many different versions of King Arthur came out anyways, right? I am guessing this will have a part 2 and I am looking forward to watching it too. By the way, I love Russell Crowe.
