Insurance Bills

I got a letter from the bank informing us of the renewal of our home insurance. I was pleasantly relieved that the amount went down, though I'm not sure if the terms are the same. In this new one, Acts of God are not included in the "fire and lightning" insurance. This reminded me of the time when I was checking on car insurance reviews last year and our provided told us that Acts of god are no longer included. I had to battle it out with them because their billing and terms included it, and they shouldn't change it when I'm about to pay already.

Now I'm just waiting for the next insurance bill, which is the Mortgage Redemption Insurance. I hope the amount is lower too than last year, hehehe. Then late this year, car insurance again.
