Since I already have a laptop, ergo I can already copy my yoga videos to our USB, I have no more excuse to miss my yoga sessions.
I know, I promised to do Yoga everyday plus gym twice a week when the husband goes to work. I wanted to do these because of my desire to lose weight in a healthy way (well, rather than sitting my ass surfing for the best weight loss pill right?).
But the past few days have been hard for me to do so. I've been moping and feeling so "emo" since the husband left abruptly, without warning. But now, I am warming up again and hopefully I'd get my groove back.
