I was given two options:
- Rebate of phP 1,100 a month for 24 months = PhP 26,400.00
- New Nokia E72
Initially I thought of getting the phone,
The features are nice, but I don't know if I like the Blackberry-feel of it. It costs Php 22k, but I read somewhere it now only costs PhP 18k (yes, I do check out techie sites, and not only surf to look for the best diet pills). Hmmm.
Then I had a thought... what if I get the rebate then buy a phone where 0% interest for at least 24 months is offered...
A phone like this perhaps?
The Nokia N97 gives me an option for touchscreen or QWERTY. Plus, the internal memory is 32GB, with an SD slot to expand the memory for 16GB more. However, it costs PhP 28,990 for 0% interest in 24 months, when bought in a Nokia store. That's around Php 2,400 a month for 12 months. Abono pa ako for 12 months hahahaha.
Well, if I were in "gotta save" mode, then getting the E72 will be a good choice. But if I were to choose, personally, I want the N97.
The operative word here is "want" hahaha. Any which way, I need one because my N82 is conking out, thanks to numerous bang-ings and falls. My camera no longer works, and video calling (outgoing) doesn't work. Eeps. Oh well hahaha.
Does this break my Lenten vow? It's free so maybe it doesn't count? Hahahaha.

PS: Secretly though I was hoping I'd be given an iPhone 3GS, hehehe.
I was mildly disappointed when it wasn't given as an option.
