It's That Time of the Year

And I'm not talking about Christmas. *sigh*

After the high of being on vacation for a couple of days faded a bit, it just dawned on me that this is already that time of the year when the husband is now planned to go back to work. I don't know if I should be happy or sad... happy because we have income again thus no pressing issues on budget, but mostly (and OBVIOUSLY) I am sad because it will be another 5 months before I see him again.

Aside from this, this dearly beloved laptop of mine will part with me when he leaves. Huhuhu. Yes, this is my husband's, my gift to him, so that he has a laptop when onboard. The question now is, shall I buy my own laptop? I really really want to get a Macbook (never mind if it's not yet a Pro), but I don't know yet. I have to consider the cost too, you know. Remember, I am no longer working. And any laptop is fine with me anyways as long as it has really nice specs and I don't need to buy memory in addition to the original package.

Another option is for the husband to just buy abroad so we don;t have to move files from one laptop to another. But then, buying abroad would mean straight purchase, unlike here (Mac or not) there's the very lovely and useful 0% installments for 3-24 months.

Anyway, going back. The husband is now home and *sigh* he just confirmed that he can leave as early as next week.

Sad days ahead.

Ok, I have to stop for now. Hyperventilating.
