I first heard of this from my sister, a certified anything-Korean addict. I dismissed it as some marketing ploy but just yesterday while reading Preview's October issue, I saw an ad of Dr. Jart+ Blemish Base (BB) Cream. These are sold in Watson's and SM. Hmmm.

I Googled some more about this BB cream and found that Missha BB cream is "the" best out there.
However I don't know where to get this. Maybe I'll check out that Dr. Jart+ Black BB Cream and visit Etude House, SkinFood, and the Face Shop too.

i got a sample of the bb cream in my preview subscription... haven't really checked where it's sold here.
I think there is a Missha store in SM North EDSA Annex at the first floor if I am not mistaken.
