Aligning Budgets: Insurance

The OC in me strikes me again, so now I am in this process of re-aligning our budget with our projected expenses and savings for the year. Ever since I became a SAHM I have been very mindful of our expenses, and so far, I can say that I succeeded in some cases, and in some I didn't. Hehehe.

The expenses that most likely will increase this year are the insurances both for our condo and for our car. Although I am still praying that these will either maintain their levels like last year or even be lower, I should also anticipate an increase. We have no control over the insurance for our condo but maybe for the car we can scout for discount auto insurance packages. This is if our current insurance provider will change the terms of our previous policy, where "Acts of God" is covered. You see it used to be part of the policy and last year they informed me that they will charge 25% more for it to be covered. Talk about them "taking" advantage of the Ondoy incident! Hahahah.

Oh well. We're still within budget but our savings will be lessened a bit.
