There were a couple of things during the week that brought me happiness and tears. Here goes!
1. Got caught by MMDA - for violating the coding scheme. Thought the NBI Commemorative Plate had the privilege of being exempted from that scheme. I let the MMDA guys talk to the person whom my friend got the plate and I was let go without any fines. However, I was totally scared. I know that only 1 should approach the apprehended driver. They were 4 of them. I just didn't point that to them, they probably would make my life that time more difficult. This was along EDA Pasay ha. What the heck do they always do there anyways. I guess they catch a lot of drivers there. UGH.
2. Got caught by MMDA again - A minute after I got apprehended again. This was when I was talking to the guy about the NBI75 plate. I told the MMDA guy that I got apprehended already and was let go. One look at me and he quickly said that he's apprehending me coz I was using the phone. UGH. I think he just came up with that after I told him I already got caught. No way could he see me since our car is heavily tinted. Only saw me holding my phone when I opened my window. Anyways, I was able to get out alive with no fines. But I was in tears, really. Not drama effect, but it was real. I mean, get caught twice within a minute / 50 meters? UGH.
3. Work - Not really the best times at work. Issues with internal clients that our team needs to resolve next week. My face time with my staff was really pleasant but since they're back to back to back, it really drained me. Especially the one where I had to talk to one for more than 2 hours.
4. Work - Happy this time because our team is excited in putting up our Visual Management System (VMS). I know there are times when I doubt that we can sustain being PEXified (Process Excellence), but I know this will help our team perform better.
5. Eanna - happy happy with my little daughter. She started her summer class and when I come home she tells me what she cooked (cooking this week, music next, arts after). What's funnier about her though is that she now has two habits: Coming up with her own To-Do list to bargain with either Yaya or myself. Example: Eating time, Drink Ceelin, Swim, Dress Up, Schoon / School (Imagine her pointing at her fingers one by one as she enumerates her to-do's). How cute is that hahaha. Next, she has develop the habit of asking for a whole body massage from me! I don't mind though, I love holding her.
6. Hubby - Though not as often as before, we regularly talk via Skype. He's very busy, considering that he is being trained already for the next position, which he will assume in May. Now that's the best news I've heard so far. I'm so proud of my husband!
All for now. I'd better start preparing for today - I want this weekend to be a good one!
