Forever 21 Opening

I went to the opening of Forever 21 last Friday, thinking that it will not be too much of a crowd since it's work-day and school-day. Boy I was dead wrong...

I arrived at Megamall at around 9:30 am (thanks to a twitter post about Mega opening at 9:30 am instead of 10) only to be greeted by a very loooonnnggggg snaking line at the side of the store. My goodness it was crazy!

This was the line when it was slowly moving already.

Would you believe I still braved all this? Hahahaha.

Once inside, there was so much beautiful and interesting clothes and accessories, I got dizzy. I couldn't choose which too get. Too many good stuff! The number of people inside didn't help either.

I recovered after some time, and finally I just gave in and said, "what the heck, I should make this trip all worth it." I went ahead and got a lot of stuff.

Too bad, the lines in the fitting rooms are a bitch (you need the best wrinkle cream to combat the wrinkles that may form after this haha).

I waited for about an hour before I could finally fit the stuff I got. But hello... they said they have more than 30 fitting rooms. My goodness!

I checked out some more stuff since I already know my size. Then when it was time to pay, I was greeted with this...

Yup that was the cashier line. Mind you, they have 2 counters with about 4-5 cashiers per counter. Craziness! It took me an hour or more just to pay my stuff.

However, after all these, I'm still glad I went. I love the things I bought, especially the bags I got. I'll go back there one of these days and hopefully the other bag I originally wanted will still be available!

All I can say is, thank you SM for bringing in Forever 21!
