Ranting (Part II)

Up until now I haven't received the medicare advantage cards provided by dear husband’s company to their seafarers. You see, I have advised their office that the details in the temporary cards they have mailed us had errors, and that our address has changed as well. That was March. It is June already and still there’s no word as to when we will get the revised ones. I have called their office, but as what I have ranted in my other blog, it didn’t do well (at least on my part) because the person in charge wasn’t available and the one who received my call was too irritated to care (I seriously don’t know what’s up with her noh!).

Anyway, maybe I should follow this up again because the next time Enrik calls, I want to tell that I have dealt with it already.
