Biggest Pizza

That's the biggest pizza I've ever seen so far.

I have posted this picture in my FB and a lot of my friends were amused and curious at the same time. How was the pizza delivered, one asked. Well, the pizza was delivered on a motorbike, with 2 men - pizza was placed on top of their heads. Sounds weird but yeah, my cousin said that was how the pizza was delivered. Next question, was it good? Well I think it would've tasted better if the pizza was still hot. It was fist delivered in QC then brought to Pasig. It was a mistake in address. When it arrived, it was not hot and tough too ( a small utility knife couldn't cut it hahah) so we had to "re-bake" them by batches.

It was a fun thing though. I wouldn't hesitate ordering it if i have to feed a lot of people in one sitting. Heheh!

Medieval TV

My favorite TV shows CSI, CSI Miami, CSI NY, Law & Order SVU, Gossip Girl, NCIS LA, Law & Order LA, The Vampire Diaries, and Glee (did I miss anything) have either recently ended or about to end. This means that I need more shows to keep me awake at night (instead of checking out hemo rage reviews!). Hahaha.

I've found two actually, both very interesting to me. First is Camelot. I've been fascinated by Arthurian legends, and have probably read all the famous books (my fave is Mists of Avalon) about it. This latest TV show has a very different twist in it. Actually a lot of twists, rather far from the stories we are (or I am) used to.

Eva Green as Morgana. Joseph Fiennes as Merlin. Need I say more?

Then, on to HBO's Game of Thrones. 

Sean Bean as lead. The plot is not Tolkien-ish, though this is a totally different medieval world. This is based on George R. Martin's "A Song of Fire and Ice" series. I have not read these books nor have heard of them before. But the plot (at least for now) is very interesting. Production value is high. I love it actually. Really good actors too.

Fall: Long Earrings Are Back

Says Vogue. That's for Fall 2011. And I think I'm feeling it! My fave...

Actually, what I'm more feeling is the makeup. I know you should highlight either the eyes or the lips but I just can't resist loving this picture. I love the dark eye. And I love the red vampire-esque lips.

Anyways, going back to earrings. Yup, I'm feeling this long earrings trend for fall. It's been a long time since I've worn earrings, and this probably is the cause of me wanting those Jewelmer gold pearls (yes I am extremely infatuated!). But, since I am on purchase ban (yes, self-banning, thank you), I would just probably satisfy my earring craving by getting long earrings instead (you know, cheap thrills hahaha).

Gosh, I can't wait for fall. Seriously.

I know, I know, summer is here and there are loads to enjoy about it: hot bright colors, the beach plus steak and lobsters on electric grills, light dresses... But sorry, I really have to say this (again)... I love fall more. Rich, sensual, earthy. From the makeup to clothes to accessories. Love.

Book: Parisian Chic

If there's one book I'd really love to have right now, it's this: Parisian Chic by Ines de la Fressange:

I love French/Parisian Style. Looks so effortless. But very very chic.

Check out this navy sweater. Don't know if I can ever pull off white jeans but wow, the combo really does work. Well, for thin girls at least.

Gotta love this get-up. Looks sooo effortless, but I don't know, it's really a looker.

Then there's my favorite. The trench. Seriously I will get one, and I won;t allow the hubby to get in the way. He keeps on telling me that I don't need one because of our weather. But still... The office is freezing cold. Now that's a good excuse right?

I wish I could wear these kinds of clothing everyday, but alas, unless I get an it degree and work for an IT firm that accepts these as work clothes, this will probably not be.
